the sweets are excellent but the package was damaged and cellotaped up and a packet of the sweets was missing I sent an email and photo of the damaged package but am still waiting for a response from the seller

Hi Fallon, according to your tracking information, your order was delivered on 11 April at 1:57pm. There is a proof of delivery image with someone holding the box. Please could you check with someone in your household who perhaps accepted the parcel on your behalf?
