Great but not totally!

I placed my 1st order and it was fulfilled very efficiently, product quality is good too. However, the 2nd and the 3rd order that I placed for the same item, they were both got cancelled. Now, I have placed the 4th one, not sure if you will cancel it again. If the product is no longer available, product should be removed from the website, to avoid customer placing an order and be cancelled again☹️, in order to avoid disappointment.
