I’m trying to keep sugars and fats to a minimum .. a few of these ( small handful - even a couple ) satisfy my yearnings for a treat .. without being overly sweet and nauseating .. just enough ! I found one bag was very cost effective also as although relatively pricey .. I found one bag lasted me a few weeks as I would just have a few to satisfy cravings and then reseal the bag .. so the bag lasted me many portions and many days .. I’d say about 3 weeks .. really good and I certainly recommend if you are keeping your sweet treats to a minimum ☀️☀️☀️go for it ! The birthday cake flavour is delightful and certainly delicious ! My new favourite ☀️
