Packaging inadequate

Package arrived on time. Jiffy bag did not protect the box which was crushed and broken. This was intended as a gift for my mum and it was difficult to hide the damage so it looked awful. Contents of the box luckily not damaged. We emptied the chocolates out and I wrapped them in an alternative gift bag.
Please improve the packaging for transport.
