Bittermints - Our original recipe, a firm mint fondant thickly covered in intense 95% cocoa dark chocolate

Mint Crisps - Crisp, handmade honeycomb pieces in rich dark chocolate infused with peppermint oil

Elizabethan Mints - Dark chocolate with a soft peppermint fondant centre

Dark English Mints - A dark chocolate baton infused with fresh peppermint oil

Ingredients: Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Glucose Syrup, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier, Soya Lecithin, Peppermint Oil with other natural flavourings, Stabiliser, Gum Arabic, Invertase, Raising Agent, Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate, Citric Acid. Dark chocolate contains cocoa solids 50% minimum.
